Gemara, every week
Once a week, a special group gathers at the yeshiva – women from all walks of life and from all over the country, who wish to dedicate time to study Gemara in depth, within the busy routine of life.
- Sundays 9:30 AM – 1:45 PM
- In-Person in Kfar Etzion
- Women with a background in limmud
- 2,000 ₪
Here's what participants had to say:
Rabbanit Hanna – I have no words, even though I know a recommendation needs to include some words.
She explains everything so well. She gives fascinating classes.
You would expect us to be tired after learning in chavrutot for 3 hours, but the classes are riveting. I only have good things to say.
I feel that she brought up so many interesting topics, all directly related to what we were studying, and I very strongly recommend this program for any woman who’s looking for serious study.

First things first, it’s a learning experience like no other. Very challenging and thought-provoking, and offers opportunities to both argue and deeply understand.
We don’t just study the machloket that’s on the page, but really understand the foundation, and discover together the different approaches and views behind commentary in Rishonim and Achronim.
After such an in-depth, important preparation in chavrutot, when we get to class everything just comes together. It’s an amazing feeling.
It’s definitely a great place to learn.

These weekly study sessions have become an anchor of mental and spiritual peace for me (and for my fellow students).
Rabbanit Hanna walks us through the Gemara step by step, and the limmud always ends up being very deep and very advanced.
Even when I don’t always perfectly understand something, I’m still left feeling a transcendent inspiration. It’s a unique experience of personal growth and meaningful study, that I recommend for every woman at any stage of life.
We would love to grow our chavurah – will you join us?

One morning of learning at Drisha lights up my entire week.
Torah is our heart and soul, and even just a taste of sweet, deep learning, just a bit of diving into a sugya – just because it’s Hashem’s gift to us – opens up a wide and wonderful horizon in my life.
– Shoham Or-Yisrael
Wow, how I miss this one day a week that filled my cup for an entire week!
Learning with Rabbanit Hanna is a learning experience like I’ve never had, even though I have a long background of learning.
The variety in our group, with everyone coming from different backgrounds and at different ages, really adds to the great experience.
