הצהרת נגישות – Website Accessibility

אנו רואות חשיבות רבה במתן שירות שוויוני לכלל הלקוחות והגולשות ובשיפור השירות הניתן ללקוחות ולגולשות עם מוגבלות. לפיכך אנו משקיעות משאבים רבים בהנגשת האתר שלנו על מנת להפוך אותו לזמין יותר עבור אנשים עם מוגבלות. 

נגישות אתר האינטרנט

הנגשת האתר נועדה להפוך אותו לזמין, ידידותי ונוח יותר לשימוש עבור אנשים עם צרכים מיוחדים, הנובעים בין היתר ממוגבלויות מוטוריות שונות, לקויות קוגניטיביות, קוצר רואי, עיוורון או עיוורון צבעים, לקויות שמיעה וכן אנשים בני הגיל השלישי.
אנו עושות מאמצים שהאתר שלנו יעמוד בדרישות תקנות שיוויון זכויות לאנשים עם מוגבלות (התאמות נגישות לשירות) התשע”ג 2013, ברמת התקן הנדרש. כמו כן, אנו מיישמות את המלצות מסמך WCAG2.0 מאת ארגון W3C.

תיקונים והתאמות שבוצעו:

  1. האתר מותאם לדפדפנים הנפוצים
  2. האתר מותאם לשימוש בטלפון הסלולרי.
  3. האתר מותאם לתצוגה תואמת מגוון מסכים ורזולוציות.
  4. אמצעי הניווט באתר פשוטים וברורים.
  5. תכני האתר כתובים באופן ברור, מסודר והיררכי.
  6. תוכן האתר כתוב בשפה פשוטה וברורה.
  7. הדפים באתר בעלי מבנה קבוע.
  8. למרבית התמונות באתר יש הסבר טקסטואלי חלופי (alt).
  9. האתר מאפשר שינוי גודל הגופן על ידי שימוש במקש Ctrl ומקש + במקלדת
  10. אין באתר שימוש בתצוגת טקסט נע או מהבהב.

חשוב לציין, כי למרות מאמצינו להנגיש את כלל הדפים באתר, ולמרות פעילותינו לשפר את נגישות האתר – ייתכן שיתגלו חלקים או יכולות שלא הונגשו כראוי או שטרם הונגשו.

We see great importance in providing equal service to all customers and users and in improving the service provided to customers and users with disabilities. Therefore, we invest significant resources in making our website accessible in order to make it more available for people with disabilities.

Website Accessibility

The website’s accessibility is designed to make it more available, friendly, and convenient for use by people with special needs, resulting from, among other things, various motor disabilities, cognitive impairments, low vision, blindness or color blindness, hearing impairments, as well as elderly people. We make efforts to ensure our website meets the requirements of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 2013, at the required standard level. Additionally, we implement the recommendations of the WCAG 2.0 document by the W3C organization.

Corrections and Adjustments Made:

  1. The website is adapted to common browsers
  2. The website is adapted for use on mobile phones
  3. The website is adapted for display compatible with various screens and resolutions
  4. Navigation tools on the website are simple and clear
  5. Website content is written clearly, in an organized and hierarchical manner
  6. Website content is written in simple and clear language
  7. Pages on the website have a fixed structure
  8. Most images on the website have alternative textual explanations (alt)
  9. The website allows changing font size by using the Ctrl key and + key on the keyboard
  10. The website does not use moving or flashing text displays

It’s important to note that despite our efforts to make all pages on the website accessible, and despite our activities to improve the website’s accessibility – it’s possible that parts or features may be found that have not been properly made accessible or have not yet been made accessible.
