מי אנחנו

ישיבת דרישה היא ישיבה לנשים הממוקמת בקיבוץ כפר עציון, המאפשרת לנשים להגיע לרמות הגבוהות ביותר של לימוד תורה. הישיבה מציעה תכניות לימודים שונות ותוכן תורני.

אנו מכבדות את פרטיות המשתמשות ומתחייבות לשמור על המידע האישי שנמסר לנו בהתאם לחוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ”א–1981, ולתיקון 13 לחוק. בכפוף לחוק זה, זכויות המשתמשים באתר כוללות את הזכות לעיון, הזכות לתיקון, הזכות למחיקה, הזכות להתנגד, הזכות להעברה ואת הזכות לביטול ההסכמה.

המידע שאנו אוספות

  1. אנו אוספות מידע שאת מספקת לנו ישירות, במילוי טפסי הרשמה לאירועי הישיבה ולתכניות הלימודים, טפסי הרשמה לניוזלטר או את טופס יצירת הקשר. 
  2. אנו אוספות באופן אוטומטי מידע טכני בעת הגלישה באתר (כגון כתובת IP, סוג דפדפן/מכשיר, שפה, דפים שנצפו, זמני שהייה ופעולות באתר)
  3. אנו עושות שימוש בעוגיות (Cookies) ובטכנולוגיות דומות (פיקסלים, למשל) לצורך הפעלה תקינה, אבטחה, ניתוח ושיפור השירות. ניתן לנהל את העדפות העוגיות דרך הגדרות הדפדפן ודרך התוסף CookieYes המותקן באתר כבאנר. עוגיית ההסכמה הנקלטת דרך הבאנר תישמר למשך 90 יום ולאחר מכן יוצג הבאנר מחדש ותידרש הסכמה נוספת.

  2. עיבוד בקשות הרשמה לתכניות הישיבה ולאירועיה
  3. שליחת דיוור ועדכונים בהתאם להסכמה מראש
  4. התאמת תכנים, מדידה ואופטימיזציה של קמפיינים
  5. אבטחת מידע ואכיפת תנאי שימוש
  6. עמידה בדרישות החוק

מסירת מידע לצד שלישי

לא נעביר מידע לצדדים שלישיים אלא במקרה של דרישת חוק, מתן שירות באמצעות ספקים חיצוניים, או בהסכמת המשתמש.

כל ספקי השירותים שלנו מחויבים לשמור על סודיות המידע ולהשתמש בו רק למטרות שלשמן הוא נמסר. קישורים חיצוניים ותוכן מוטמע כפופים למדיניות הפרטיות של אתר המקור. 

שמירת המידע

אנו מיישמות אמצעים טכניים וארגוניים סבירים להגנה על המידע השמור אצלנו. עם זאת, אף שיטת העברה או אחסון אינה בטוחה ב-100%, ואנו לא יכולות להבטיח אבטחה מוחלטת.

המידע נשמר אצלנו כל עוד הוא נדרש לצורך המטרות המצוינות. לאחר תקופה זו, אנו מוחקות או מאלמות את המידע, אלא אם החוק מחייב אותנו לשמור אותו לתקופה ארוכה יותר.

מידע על קטינות

האתר והתכניות שלנו מיועדים גם לנשים צעירות, בגילאי תיכון. אם את מתחת לגיל 18:

  • אנו דורשים הסכמת הורה או אפוטרופוס למסירת מידע
  • אנו נוקטים משנה זהירות בטיפול במידע של קטינות
  • הורים יכולים לבקש עיון, תיקון או מחיקה של מידע ילדיהם

אנו עשויות לעדכן מדיניות פרטיות זו מעת לעת כדי לשקף שינויים בפעילותנו או בדרישות החוק. אנו ממליצות לבדוק מדיניות זו מעת לעת כדי להישאר מעודכנת.

Who Are We?

Yeshivat Drisha is a yeshiva for women located in kibbutz Kfar Etzion, Israel, which aims to enable women to reach the highest levels of Torah study. The yeshiva offers various study programs as well as Jewish content. 

We respect our users’ privacy and protect any and all personal data given to us in compliance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, and – where applicable – GDPR guidelines.

Collected Data

  1. We collect voluntarily provided data through website forms (including application, registration, contact and newsletter sign-up forms).
  2. We automatically collect technical data as users browse the website (such as IP addresses, browser/device type, language, pages viewed, view time and interactions).
  3. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect data in order to enable website functionality, security, analytics and marketing. You can manage and block cookies via your browser settings, as well as through the CookieYes plugin installed on the website. The consent cookie collected through the CookieYes banner is stored for 90 days, after which the banner will reappear and consent will need to be renewed.

Purposes of Use

  1. Responding to inquiries and follow-up
  2. Processing application and registration requests
  3. Periodic communications and updates, per user consent. 
  4. Personalizing content and measuring and optimizing campaigns
  5. Security and enforcement of terms
  6. Legal compliance

Third Party Tools and Services

We will not disclose data to third parties unless it is required by law, necessary for external tools or providers and on a need-to-know basis, or if user consent has been granted. 

Our providers are all held to appropriate agreements and data security and privacy standards. External links and embedded content are subject to the source website’s privacy policy. 

Data Security and Retention

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. However, no method of online data storage or transfer is 100% safe, and we cannot guarantee complete  and total security. 

Data is retained as long as necessary for the afore-mentioned purposes, then deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required legally.  

Underage User Information

Our website and our programs may be relevant to high-school age young women. If you are under 18 years old: 

  • We require consent from a parent or guardian for information provided. 
  • We take extra care to protect minors’ data.
  • Parents and guardians may request to view, correct or delete minors’ data. 

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in activity or legal requirements. We suggest you check this page occasionally to keep updated.
