Rabbanit Hanna Godinger (Dreyfuss)

Rosh Yeshiva

Rabbanit Hanna has studied at Migdal Oz, Matan, and Beit Morasha.

She holds a BA in Philosophy and Psychology from the Open University and an MA in Talmud from Bar Ilan University.

She served as Rabbanit Beit Sefer at Pelech High School, as Rosh Beit Midrash at Midreshet Lindenbaum, and as head of Metivta, the advanced Talmud program at Matan.

She lives in Bat Ayin with her husband and six children.

Yael Shimoni

Assistant Rosh Yeshiva

Rabbanit Yael has studied at Migdal Oz, Matan, and the Susi Bradfield Women’s Institute for Halakhic Leadership at Midreshet Lindenbaum.

Rabbanit Yael taught Gemara and Halakha at Pelech High School and served as a Ramit for Shana Bet at Migdal Oz.

She founded Meshivat Nefesh, the online responsa program by the Rabbaniyot of Beit Hillel. She is also a plastic artist and member of “A Studio of Her Own.”

She lives in Alon Shvut with her husband and four children.

Tikva Spira

Ramit Shiur Alef

Rabbanit Tikva studied for three years at Migdal Oz and completed her teaching certification in Toshba and Jewish Thought at Herzog College.

She is a graduate of the Susi Bradfield Women’s Institute of Halakhic Leadership at Midreshet Lindenbaum, and before coming to Yeshivat Drisha, she served as Ramit for two years in Be’er Ashdod.

She lives in Otniel with her husband and three children.

Rabbi David Silber

Founder and Dean

Rabbi David Silber is the Founder and Dean of the Drisha Institute.

He is a recipient of the Covenant Award, for excellence in innovative Jewish education, and is a published author. He is also a nationally acclaimed lecturer on the Bible.

Rabbi Silber received ordination from the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary.

Jill Mintz

Director

Jill grew up in Teaneck, NJ, and made aliyah in 2007, then studied at Migdal Oz for two years.

She began her career in operations, and worked in the hi-tech sector for over a decade before coming to Drisha. She lives in Carmey Gat with her husband and 3 children.

Rabbanit Shira Marili Mirvis

Ramit Halacha

Rabbanit Shira Marili Mirvis serves as Rabbanit of Kehilat Shirat HaTamar in Efrat and is a fellow at several leadership and halacha programs, including Ohr Torah Stone and Beit Hillel.

She teaches, guides, and writes on Torah and community life, and lives in Efrat with her husband and five children.

Rabbanit Daphna Nitzan

Ramit Bekiut

Daphna holds a BA in Tanach, Talmud, and Jewish Art, as well as an MA in Talmud, and teaching certification from Bar Ilan University.

She has studied in Midreshet Lindenbaum, Matan, and is a graduate of the Advanced Gemara Program in Migdal Oz, in addition to studying in their halacha program for three years. 

Michal Cohen

Student Melavah

Michal is responsible for students’ personal and emotional well-being, and provides one-on-one guidance throughout the year, helping them grow as capable and confident young women.

She lives in Rosh Tzurim with her seven children.

Rabbanit Nechama Porat

Student Recruitment

Rabbanit Nechama has learned at Nishmat, Migdal Oz, and the Susi Bradfield Women’s Institute for Halakhic Leadership at Midreshet Lindenbaum. She holds a BEd in Torah Shebe’al Peh and Jewish Thought and is currently studying towards an MA in Jewish History. 

Hadar Korall

Marketing

Hadar studied film and production at the Maaleh School of Film and Television, and worked in the film industry for several years.

She has studied at Nishmat and Lindenbaum, and is currently working towards her BEd in Torah Shebe’al Peh and Communications.
